Digital Specialist (Contract - 4 Months)

Our corporate client, located at Yonge & Finch, requires the following services which includes but are not limited to:

Reporting and Analysis

Developing custom communication and marketing dashboard concepts for client reporting via Excel or other tools
Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data using Google Analytics, Matomo and Adobe Analytics
Analysing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and  developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth
Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different communication and marketing campaigns

Analytical and technical

Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and tracking
Implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedure
Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign and internal data dashboards, propose methodical optimisation
Campaign strategy

Identify client objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies
Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs
Using methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies

Develop, maintain and monitor website/mobile development, digital assets and social media resources, adhering to strategic guidelines and budget requirements.

Formatting, testing and posting content generated by others in a timely and efficient manner, following editorial review and approval processes
Creating and editing of digital assets (images, audio, video, and interactive) and mock ups for web channels.
Monitoring and analyzing web and social media channels.
Documenting functional and design requirements, as appropriate.
Participating in efforts to make the online channels as efficient and effective as possible.
Staying abreast of industry standards for web and mobile sites, including emerging technologies, design techniques, accessibility and usability.

Backs up Manager, Corporate Online Communications Services:

Working with the Manager and external knowledge experts to develop and maintain a web and social corporate strategy across multiple audiences and platforms.
Research and recommend new media and trends as part of an overall strategy.
Assists the Team, as required during busy periods.

Other duties as assigned.
